Cycling Training Program Review

I am now sharing a wonderful stuff with you.I got a training program coincidentally,i Guess you may want to attend,or hire some coach for better performance in biking.But,you didn’t.

It is a compressive and scientific program,designed by well-experienced coaches and ex-professional cyclists, to make you, great for beginner, ride faster. I would be here to review this new product. It has launched recently. I am glad to study this product in a short time.

I would be right here to see how is My cycling training program.This program is targeting to:

Ride faster with less time on the bike.

Ride 10-30% faster.Compared with other ,less organized,program, this program uses well-organized modules. It works in synergy . If I tried to use mathematical explanation, cyclists would get better exponentially.

What you will get?

It is a membership with unlimited access for a year. If you think you are busy, you can use it whenever you want. Then, cyclists can access the account through Internet to get the advice and guidance.

When I was teens, I have tried the traditional training program. But, I needed to attend the training 3-4 times a week. So, it occupied my time with studying and family; having said that, this new training program does provide flexibility for all who want to ride faster and effectively.

There are four professional cyclists and coaches. The main contributors behind this project are:

Blair Stockwell (Accredited cycling coach, Olympian, MBE in 1984, 3 times winner of the Dulux Tour of New Zealand ,Former Australian National Road Cycling Team coach).

Josie Loane has 12 years riding experience. She awarded Bronze medal at the Junior World Championships. Gold medal dreamy donuts challenge. Featured rider on “the wind is your friend.”Specializes in female customer help.
There are different training modules. Right now, I would show you the detail about this program.

Types of training:

Beginner training programs for both males and females.
It is a program, recommending for 8 weeks, to help the beginner to pick up the ride. As I only spent a short period to study it, I found it is great for the beginner. I originally think it should be tough for beginners, maybe, because of my teenage experience. In this program, according to my experience, it is faster than traditional method and the designers tried to make beginners feel as easy as possible.

Rapid results training


I previously want to prepare for the race. Even though I spent much effort and time, I still only get unsatisfied result, because I didn’t use the proper effectively method to do. But, in this program, the coach designed to conduct a 4 weeks intensive program. It is a true rapid result. However, after seen, this program is great, but I felt it needs cyclists paid more effort. Well, we should at least give something; otherwise, we can’t get what we want!

Secret sessions

If you are not beginners, you should understand the good riders must, at least, have a either good climbing or sprinting fast. Even though there are plenty of methods, which may help you, I personally feel they are not solid idea. Still, the program is supported by both ex-professional cyclists and coaches. It basically is summarized by all professionals. When you get an appropriated speed, you can follow the secret session. Then, you can master the climb and pace in either competition or ride with your friends. For example, there is a 6 week climbing section.

Specific focus training programs

This sub-program is related with the secret session. There are some target skills, like climbing, spinning to let you choose. Then, you can pick the skill you want. It would make you improve either one of these skills.

Traditional training

It would spend a longer time, 12 weeks. It focuses on growing maximum form. Let me show you a bit detail. It is suggested for THREE steps process. It can make sure the cyclists are riding to potential. It is nice to have a flexible training time.
Century program

To ride faster, go biking is not the only way. Let say, besides biking, I would also go running and working-out. It provides the guidance on how to the body, which is proper for biking.

Back to basic, the program sounds comprehensive and informative.

Still, it is only a online platform.

Is it truly interactive?

The answer is Yes, because there is an online community. It is like a forum, which is a platform for all cyclists to ask and share experience. We don’t get to worry it.
